How many U.S. citizens must pay with their lives until the Federal Government decides to fulfill their Constitutional mandate instead of all the other things that Uncle Sam THINKS he’s authorized to control?

me, Albert

Oh, and I, Albert, am not in favor of giving any illegal, criminal alien the right to become a citizen of this nation just because they come across the money to pay their fines and all. If they are caught doing a crime, if they admit to being here illegally, back home they go. They should wait in line to gain access to this country in accordance with U.S. law.

     Yours, Albert

A friend of mine recently told me that he had slowed down on his smoking. Seems that he no longer smokes in his leased studio. This is a long-time smoker that would rather “fight than switch!”

Let me back up a tad. I started out telling him that he needed to use an air freshener in his place of business as his “house cat” is causing it to smell like…, well smell like a cat! He proceeds to tell me that it can’t be his smoking that’s responsible for the musty smell as he rarely smokes in his studio anymore.

     ”Why?” I asked.

He proceeded to tell me that his landlord had come to him and showed him a letter that his local township government sent to him. Seems that any smoking in the building will result in a citation to him, the landlord, not the tenant. He politely asked my friend to stop smoking in the building.

Hey!!!!!! Did I suddenly die and wake up in Communist USSR? Hey!!! Where the heck are we anyway? For a moment I thought we were in America–the land of the free and the brave, the land of opportunity, the land of plenty… a free and illuminated place where smokers and non-smokers learn tolerance for one another.

When I finally came to my senses, I suddenly realized that something has happened to this great country of ours, something that’s not good. The very next thing you know, smokers won’t be able to smoke in their cars or in their homes. How will they pull that one off? Using our children as the reason.

     WAKE UP!!!!!!

     Yours, Albert

New rule forces jails holding federal detainees to nix use of shock device to control inmates

Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., is asking the U.S. Office of Detention and Removal Operations to explain why it’s OK for jailers to use Tasers to control inmates who are U.S. citizens but not those who are in the country illegally.

Yesterday, the lawmaker – and GOP candidate for president – sent a letter to DRO Director John Torres expressing concerns over new regulations imposed on local jails that contract with his agency to detain illegal aliens prior to their trials and deportations. The new regulations ban contracting with local jails that fail to ban use of Tasers on illegals or supply them with a “pad,” rather than a “bed.”

     You gotta read this!.

I can’t hardly blame Tancredo for being unhappy with the way U.S. policy has gone on issues of enforcement. First local police were told they had no jurisdiction. Just when you thought that was taken care of, now the U.S. Gov’t adopts a policy of kid-gloves where it comes to illegal criminals who steel over the border in the dead of night. What’s next, a night in the Lincoln bedroom at the White House?

Record drug seizures on US-Mexico border

Phoenix - Seizures of illegal drugs – from marijuana to heroin – are on the rise along the US-Mexican border again this year, breaking the previous record for major busts set just last year.

The jump in drug seizures could be a result of tighter borders – from more border patrol agents to new technology at ports of entry – and newly established checkpoints within the United States. But the increase could also mean that more drugs are being shipped across the border – possibly because Mexico has had a good growing season, much as Afghanistan did in producing record numbers of opium poppies this year. Or it could be because two drug cartels apparently formed an alliance to thwart a crackdown by Mexico’s government and are now shipping more drugs to the north.

     U gotta read this!

Who’s really at fault here for so many drugs coming over the U.S. - Mexican border? Here’s what authorities say about the amount of drugs coming into this country:

“We’re overwhelmed with marijuana,” says Anthony Coulson, assistant special agent in charge of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Tucson. “We passed last year’s record about two months ago.”

So, what’s the problem here? Simply put, if there wasn’t a demand there would be no flow.

All of this reminds me of China in the 1800s. The British imported Opium into China as they sought to assume control over that nation. The Chinese have never forgiven the U.S. for our role in this action and they have certainly not forgiven the Brits.

To read more about the British, Opium, and China:

A largely incoherent nation is not able to think for itself. By maintaining a solid, steady flow of drugs into the U.S., “someone” hopes to control a variety of elements pertinent to the operation of this country. Those of you who partake in this flow of drugs, do you have any idea what the result of your addiction will be before it’s all over?

To read one thought on how America was introduced to wholesale drugs:

Those of you who are addicted to drugs–physically, psychologically, or both, especially those of you with children, you are major contributors to the destruction of this nation. You are feeding the monkey on our backs by encouraging these drug bums to smuggle this crap into this nation. You are no better than those who grow this, process this, and carry this poison across the border.

If you want to kill yourself, go jump off a bridge and leave the rest of America out of your wish for death. Hopefully your children will decide to be anything but like you. You are a poor example of an America. I’d feel sorry for you but you don’t deserve any pity.

     Yours, Albert
