According to Dr. WC Douglass, M.D.’s latest email warning, the latest flu vaccine is apparently responsible for a higher than normal rate of seizures in both adults and children.

Check the calendar, flu-shot season is here — and if you thought last year’s vaccine was bad, wait ’til you get a load of this one.

They haven’t even started jabbing shoulders in earnest yet, and we’re already getting terrifying warnings from the feds — because one of the new vaccines has been linked to seizures in children.

Australia, just coming out of its flu season, had to suspend flu shots for kids — because little ones were suffering febrile seizures at 10 times the normal rate.

It’s bad enough that there’s a “normal rate” of seizures associated with flu shots. The fact that it’s now 10 times higher is just plain outrageous.

Ever see a febrile seizure? It’s one of the most frightening things a parent or grandparent could ever witness. The child’s temperature flies through the roof, causing the child to pass out, shake, stop breathing, and even turn blue.

Who knows what else will happen when this year’s jab goes into wide use… but the feds aren’t waiting. The CDC is already busy hawking vaccines, urging flu shots for every man, woman, and child older than six months.

That’s a pretty bold recommendation when you consider that there’s no evidence that flu shots cut flu deaths. None. Just look at what happened last year — despite all the dire warnings and predictions, we Americans thumbed our collective nose at the dangerous swine flu vaccine… and we pulled through the “pandemic” just fine.

Of course, the joke was on us because we paid for those vaccines whether we used them or not — but don’t get me started on that.

So this year, turn back the clock and make like it’s 2009 all over again. Skip the shot.

It’s like I say every year: Flu prevention starts and ends with good hygiene and a good immune system. Keep clean, eat well and take your vitamins, and you’ll be better protected than anyone who gets the vaccine.

And you won’t have to worry about the side effects.

When the cure is worse than the illness, it’s time to forgo the cure!

Dear Mr. Rand,

Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening lack of faith.

While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it’s abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.

Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama administration and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!

We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.

This Presidential Administration scares the living daylights out of us. Not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But even more importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington has rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. I have never in my life endorsed any militant or radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don’t have to agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance to the voice of the Socialist mindset in power. Perhaps I became American by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedoms it represents as well as the responsibilities it requires.

Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? Someone has broken into our ‘house’, invaded our home without our invitation or consent. The President has insisted we keep the perpetrator in comfort and learn the perp language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them.

To all Manhattan Declaration signers:

The outrageous decision overturning California’s Proposition 8 appears to be a terrible set-back for the historic understanding of marriage as the union of husband and wife; but it may turn out to be a great opportunity for us. Let us explain.

We weren’t surprised that Judge Vaughn Walker, whose extremely liberal views about sexuality and marriage were scarcely concealed, would strike down the California law defining marriage as being between one man and one woman.

The real surprise is the language he used, describing the “ability to marry” as a fundamental right that cannot be denied gays and lesbians. This is devastating language for the cause of marriage. And it is complete nonsense. Every human society in history has placed restrictions on the “ability to marry.” You can’t marry your sister or seven people at once. Please read Professor Robert George’s critique of Judge Walker’s ruling. And share it with your contacts!

What happens next is clear: The case goes to the Ninth Circuit (the most liberal circuit in the country) and then on to the Supreme Court of the United States.

But here is where we come in and where we have an opportunity for a great victory. The history of the Supreme Court shows that the justices are unwilling to usurp the authority of the people to exercise their constitutional right to set public policy when the people themselves make clear to the justices that they will not accept their judicial activism as legitimate. Where liberal justices have unconstitutionally acted against the will of the people (as in Roe v. Wade, Roemer v. Evans, Lawrence v. Texas), they have done so on the belief that the people were prepared to accept their usurpations. (Of course, in the case of Roe, they got a surprise: the people have refused to accept it, which is why abortion and the right to life remain potent issues to this very day.)

Even the most liberal justices have declined to expand “lifestyle liberties” where it was clear that public opinion opposed the expansion. For example, in 1997, the Supreme Court upheld Washington State’s ban on physician-assisted suicide. The decision was unanimous-even the most liberal justices joined it. Why? Precisely because the Court perceived that the public was not prepared to support physician-assisted suicide! Writing for the Court in Washington v. Glucksberg, Chief Justice Rehnquist said:

“Throughout the nation, Americans are engaged in an earnest and profound debate about the morality, legality and practicality of physician-assisted suicide. Our holding permits this debate to continue, as it should in a democratic society.”

This is why Judge Walker’s gives us a golden opportunity. The battleground now shifts to public opinion. And the public debate over the redefinition of marriage is a debate we can and must win. Remember that in no state have the people popularly supported “gay” marriage. In every one of the thirty-one states that have put the issue before the people for a vote, true marriage has prevailed.

If the Supreme Court is faced with powerful public opposition to redefining marriage, they will be in the same position the justices found themselves in with assisted suicide.

This is why we’re convinced God raised up the Manhattan Declaration—for this moment. So we can mobilize more public support. We need a million signatures. Please, get everyone you know to sign it. And we must mobilize, educate ourselves, our neighbors, and everyone within our own spheres of influence.

And then we want you to prepare to get involved in a critically important campaign coming up this fall. It is called the Pray and ACT campaign. The goal is to get Christians across America in every denomination and confession fasting and praying for 40 days, September 20 through October 30. This is not political. This is a time to cry out to God with repentance and ask for His mercy.

In the darkest moments of his battle to abolish slavery, William Wilberforce wrote that he believed God would still heed the prayers of His people. God did. Against all odds, slavery was abolished. Similarly, we believe that God will hear our prayers and will act again.

     At the very heart of any good socialist is the realization that old people are not sustainable from a societal point of view. They’ve lived the good life, they contributed to the overall good of society, and now it’s time to step aside.

     I, Albert, have seen the light. My liberal brothers and sisters have shown me the error of my ways. While listening to the grand conservative himself, Rush Limbaugh, I heard a sniveling old woman talk about her high school son who’s teacher told them that old people need to step out of the way. She said that the teacher added, “the world will be better without them.”

     Can you imaging that this old lady could even argue with that? I, Albert, think that the authorities should set an age at which time all support is pulled from an older person. Perhaps it’s 70 years old. Perhaps it should be 75. At some point, we need to cut them loose and let them die.

     Now, if their misguided children or grandchildren should desire to support them, that’s their prerogative, but society at large should not be saddled with the health and monetary concerns of an old person who is no longer contributing to society.

scandalous actions! As I reported late last week, we caught
them red-handed in an illegal cover-up of critical information.

In short, they have known they didn’t even have
a client in this case since late last spring! Yet
they continued to torment upstanding educators,
administrators and even students in this small
Northwest Florida community.

This time, the ACLU has gone too far. We knew they would
do just about anything to silence Christians, but now
they have blatantly broken the law in their maniacal
campaign to criminalize even simple expressions of the
Christian faith.

The ACLU intentionally withheld the fact that their anonymous
clients (a protection accorded to minors by the court)
actually graduated from Santa Rosa School District less
than four weeks after the ACLU’s Consent Decree was issued
and imposed on the school system!

Their clients no longer had any legal interaction with the
school system. So there were literally NO PLAINTIFFS at that
point! Without clients, by law, the ACLU was barred from
continuing to litigate against the people of Santa Rosa County.

Yet, for many months afterward, the ACLU tormented well-
respected, honorable educators and administrators, leading
to three of them being charged with CRIMINAL CONTEMPT for
the “crime” of PRAYING.

Those unconstitutional charges could have led to prison
time, huge fines, and loss of the defendants’ state
retirement benefits - while the ACLU withheld the fact
that their plaintiffs were long since gone.

successfully defended those three employees. But the
Consent Decree - which is so severe that Christian teachers
are literally forced to hide in closets if they want to
share a word of prayer or have a conversation with

     It was good to see Tiger out there in public again after several months of silence. The king of golf finally came forward to admit his infidelity and to remove a number of myths from the rumor-mill among the general public.

     I stopped by the pub early afternoon for a brew when Tiger began his emotional plea for trust. Although I was in a hurry to do lunch and leave for the office, I took that time to listen and reflect on his words. I, Albert, do believe him, that he’s sorry for his public and private sins, but what I didn’t appreciate were all the talking heads that didn’t seem to understand that no one really cared what they had to say. It’s Tiger’s every word that the public clung to. And yet they went on, and on, and on, and on all afternoon about this and that and the other thing, but in the finale, no one really cares what they had to say.

There’s not much left at all of the America that I grew up in. Our well-founded Ideology, political principles, morals, and culture have all been trashed.

In the 1940’s, when I was only seven yrs.-old or so, it was so safe to walk the streets of my home town that my mom used to send me out to make the rounds of paying the utility bills and department store bills with cash. I’d walk all those city blocks with that cash in a zipper wallet, and never had to worry. Back then, the cops walked a beat, and you got to know them by name, which likely helped give my parents the confidence to let me run those errands. Now you are not even safe in the more affluent suburbs of that same little Ohio town.

But the evil and degradation that has fallen upon our American society goes far deeper than the obvious rise in street crime. Felonious crimes against our very foundations have been, and are being committed every day now.

America was the last standing free republic until just recently. Now, the two-party system is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. America has been taken over by Communism, Black Nationalism, Islam, and foreign powers who have their anti-American financial backers in the likes of George Soros and others, planted here, and given a free bully pulpit to preach their treasonous lies through our liberal news media and our public school system. Our Congress and the heads of our judicial system are now open to allowing Muslim Shaera law be implemented within our traditional system of laws. They have opened the door to this by allowing the Muslims to apply Shaera law within their own communities for now. But I’m sure it won’t stop there.

The cancerous political and cultural diseases that have destroyed our society now have put America into her terminal phase.  It’s way too late to cure our woes at the ballot box. Casting a ballot now amounts to nothing more than wishful thinking for a conservative or a Christian. Your vote only counts now if you are a socialist, Muslim, or a Black Nationalist, because the outcome has already been predetermined by the powers who control our puppet government to satisfy those agendas.

So, on New Year’s Eve this time around, lift your glass, and give a toast to that great America that was… Once Upon A Time.

The reaction of a gay judge over the answer to his question posed to Miss California in a beauty pageant, has re-kindled the heated discussion on the issue of sexual orientation.

While God may not “hate” gays, as some would assume,  they (the gays) will suffer His Earthly and eternal wrath if they do not repent, and turn from their evil lifestyle. All sinners can be forgiven, but God does hate sinful and evil actions.

Romans: Chapter 1:
26: For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

America will continue to suffer for allowing these perverts to not only “come out of the closet,” but for allowing their evil lifestyle to influence the executive, legislative, and judicial mandates of our government and our entire society. In a very short period of time since the immoral practice of gay marriage has been sanctioned in several U.S. states, the perverts in America have taken advantage of these permissive laws by initiating the “Triad” marriage, where two men and one woman, two women and one man, or any combination of three people can join in marriage! What’s next? A man or woman sanctioned to join with an animal? Maybe any adult with the child of their choice?

Our churches have gotten a little sloppy over the years in maintaining a solid stance on this issue. Now that it may be too late, many pastors are speaking out, only to find they are accused of “HATE SPEECH” as they accurately quote the Holy Scriptures.

The mainline churches have been lulled into this false doctrine of diversity for several decades now, and it is mostly the independent fundamentalists who are still courageously preaching the true Gospel.

I see no reasonable excuse for becoming “gay” in the first place. The politically correct are claiming that they (the gays) are born with those tendencies and that they have no choice as to their sexual preference. I say, that in a small percentage of gays, this could possibly be the case. But if their parents would have been doing their job, they would have taken note of those tendencies when the children were very young, and interceded in an appropriate manner. I would guess that something as simple as hormone injections would take care of this abnormality if parental guidance failed to quell these deviate tendencies in their children.

But now, any parent who would interfere with a child’s “sexual choice,” would be chastised by our society, and likely punished under our lopsided judicial system. With our school children being indoctrinated in this perverted sexual orientation from first grade, on up, I see little hope for our society to be restored to any degree of  normal teaching or moral thinking regarding  this very serious mental and moral health problem.

Just my humble opinion.

     On May 17th, the students of Notre Dame will have an opportunity to demonstrate their belief and activism regarding the right of a small baby yet in the womb to live. If anyone understands activism, it’s certainly President Obama. An activist himself, he is sure to appreciate the jesture. He will be sure to appreciate the exercise of free speech having exercised his own right to say what he wants without worry of prosecution.

     Will the students stand up for the right of the unborn to live, to breath air, to see the sky, to live their lives as they wish, to speak out when the time comes, to exercise their God-given rights? Will they stand up and be counted when President Obama stands before them in assembly? Will they let him know that they disagree with his own belief that the right of the mother to live a childless life is greater than that of the unborn child within her to live?

President Obama to deliver Notre Dame’s Commencement address

     President Barack Obama will be the principal speaker and the recipient of an honorary doctor of laws degree at the University of Notre Dame’s 164th University Commencement Ceremony at 2 p.m. May 17 (Sunday) in the Joyce Center on campus.

     Mr. Obama will be the ninth U.S. president to be awarded an honorary degree by the University and the sixth to be the Commencement speaker.

     The University will confer degrees on approximately 2,000 undergraduates, 420 MBA students and 200 Notre Dame Law School students.
