For a long time now we’ve been hearing conspiracy theories about what “they” want to do to us. In the 90’s we heard about the Spanish flu that killed millions of people at the turn of the 20th century. We heard that “they” want to reduce the population to maintain sustainable development. We’ve heard about many more operations, all designed to do just that.
me, Albert
Most of us have dismissed all of this because of some of the outlandish things we’ve heard in the mean time. For just a moment, however, give all of this a second thought. You have men working for the enemies of mankind. They learn of the intentions of those whom they work for. They work to get this information onto the street in an attempt to do what’s right.

Once this information reaches us, what does the enemies of mankind do? They set their public relation disinfo people onto it and that results in outlandish things they attach to those that were actually factual. Now, you and I don’t believe anything because 1) it’s so ridiculous, and 2) we don’t know what to believe from that point forward.

The following is information that I received from a friend who had a website in the 90’s. He carried this kind of information to some extent. Although that website is there, it’s no longer maintained. I took it from there and now I give it to you. There is so much more and to see it, go to www.tpromo2.com/gko/.

The United States Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2.
blank graphic
The following information was obtained under the Freedom of Information Act. The original printing was of June 1, 1984. The information herein is UNCLASSIFIED and does not come within the scope of directions governing the protection of information affecting the national security.
blank graphic
It took a little more than three years to obtain a full copy of Operation Garden Plot from the U.S. Government, and was done so under the freedom of information act for unclassified documents. The implications within the full context of this document should make the hair on the back of your head stand on end!!!!!
blank graphic
In this document signed by the Secretary of the Army, is hereby assigned as DOD Executive Agent for civil disturbance control operations. Under Plan 55-2 he is to use airlift and logistical support, in assisting appropriate military commanders in the 50 states, District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and US possessions and territories, or any political subdivision thereof.
blank graphic
The official name of this project is called “Operation Garden Plot.”
blank graphic
Under this plan for the deployment of Operation Garden Plot, the use of CIDCON-1 will be mandatory. This direct support of civil disturbance control operations is to be used by the Army, USAF, Navy, and Marine Corp. with an airlift force to be comprised of MAC Organic Airlift Resources, airlift capable aircraft of all other USAF major commands, and all other aerial reconnaissance and Airborne Psychological Operations. This is to include control communications systems, aeromedical evacuation, helicopter and Weather Support Systems.
blank graphic
If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place, under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all Federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters.
blank graphic
Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. This calls for the deadly force to be used against any extremist or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder.
blank graphic
Under section D, a Presidential Executive Order will authorize and direct the Secretary of Defense to use the Armed Forces of the United States to restore order.
blank graphic
2 TAB A APPENDIX 1 TO ANNEX S USAF CIVIL DISTURBANCE PLAN 55-2 EXHIBIT POR:SGH, JCS Pub 6, Vol 5, AFR 160-5 hereby provides for America’s military and the National Guard State Partnership Program to join with United Nations personal in said operations. This links selected U.S. National Guard units with the Defense Ministries of “Partnership For Peace.” This was done in an effort to provide military support to civil authorities in response to civil emergencies.
blank graphic
Under Presidential Decision Directive No. 25, this program serves to cement people to relationships between the citizens of the United States, and the global military of the UN establishments of the emerging democracies of Central and Eastern European countries. This puts all of our National Guardsmen under the direct jurisdiction of the United Nations.
blank graphic
Section 3:
This plan could be implemented under any of the following situation:
blank graphic
(1) Spontaneous civil disturbances which involve large numbers of persons and/or which continue for a considerable period of time, may exceed the capacity of local civil law enforcement agencies to suppress. Although this type of activity can arise without warning as a result of sudden, unanticipated popular unrest (past riots), it may also result from more prolonged dissidence.
blank graphic
This would most likely be an outgrowth of serious social, political or economic issues which divide segments of the American population. Such factionalism could manifest itself through repeated demonstrations, protest marches and other forms of legitimate opposition but which would have the potential for erupting into spontaneous violence with little or no warning.
blank graphic
(2) Planned acts of violence or civil disobedience which, through arising from the same causes as (1) above, are seized upon by a dedicated group of dissidents who plan and incite purposeful acts designed to disrupt social order.
blank graphic
This may occur either because leaders of protest organizations intentionally induce their followers to perpetrate violent acts, or because a group of militants infiltrates an otherwise peaceful protest and seeks to divert it from its peaceful course.
blank graphic
Subsection C: (2) Environmental satellite products will be continue to be available. (d) Responsibilities. Meteorological support to civil disturbance operations will be arranged or provided by AWS wings.
blank graphic
The 7th. Weather Wing (7WW) is responsible for providing / arranging support for Military Airlift Command (MAC) airlift operations. The 5th Weather Wing (5WW) is responsible for supporting the United States Army Forces Command.
blank graphic
(3) SITUATION. Civil disturbance may threaten or erupt at any time in the CONUS and grow to such proportions as to require the use the Federal military forces to bring the situation under control.
blank graphic
A flexible weather support system is required under control. A flexible weather support system is required to support the many and varied options of this Plan.

me, Albert     When some of us voted for President Obama we did so expecting big changes in government. And boy, he is going to do just that. Today, Fox News replayed one of Obama’s recent talks to the American people.

The jest of what he had to say was this: “You wanted things to change in this country when you elected me, and now I’m going to give you big just that, big wide sweeping changes!”

Let’s consider some of the things that Americans may have thought about when he campaigned on that platform…

  • Lower taxes

  • Less government
  • More compassion in government
  • More accountability in the White House
  • True protection of U.S. Borders
  •      These are some of the things that come to mind when I think about changes in government and I’m sure that many of those who helped Obama get in thought he meant some of these. Instead, from his conversations on the television, it appears they’re going to get:

  • Higher taxes

  • More government
  • Less compassion
  • Less accountability at the top
  • Inadequate protection on the borders
  •      Obama, through the massive monetary give-a-ways, will have to raise taxes and he’s already said that. He’s saying he’s gonig to tax the rich, so they’ll leave the United States just in time to see it sink. He’ll have no where else to turn but you and I for the money, and that’s where 2 comes in. Here he’ll grow government to massive proportions, eventually taking your homes in order to get it.

I have no idea why the general public is unable to see through all of this. I suppose that you, personally, yes, you… the radical lefty reading this, won’t care about any of this as long as you get to keep the house you really can’t afford to pay for AND someone else, some rich folks no less, are made to pay for it.

Don’t you idiots know that if you and I allow any sitting government to roll over top of any one of us, we’re in line eventually to have the same thing happen to us. Don’t you realize that it’s the modus operandi of the Communist to create a race problem, to focus our attention on class issues, and to join minorities into majorities so they can destroy the true and rightful majority?

Anything less than “one for all and all for one” is no less than inadequate at combating and successfully solving the problems we now see before us? If you want change, boy, you’re going to get it, whether you like it or not, and chances are, you’re not.

There’s a sucker born every day, and boy America has its share of them!

         Yours, Albert

It appears that we have lost all control over our lives to the power of Big Brother government.

Police hospitalize 7-year-old under Baker Act

This Florida case is all too typical of news items that have cropped-up over the past few years which point to the loss of parental rights in this country.

But I do find it odd that these same school systems which demand all this authority over our children, do not take proper steps to discipline the children. They would rather call the cops than handle a disruptive kid themselves. Our schools don’t need the police, they need the Paddle!

I didn’t realize it back then, but we had it much better when I was in school. That ol’ wooden paddle took care of the situation, like right now. No threat of being sent to a psych ward or being zapped with a potentially deadly police Tazer.

But those were the days of yesteryear.

    Keith

There are times when you wonder what people are thinking.  How in the name of heaven people can get so caught up in such a politically leftmentality is beyond my wildest dreams. Here we have parents raising their own children and they are threatened with jail because they refused to go against their religion or better sense. This should be left up to the parents, I might add, because they are the ones paying the bill, they are the ones who brought these children into the world, they are the ones who nurse them and care for them. What in God’s name are these people in gov’t doing?

Medical Tyranny in Maryland: Parents Threatened With Jail Time for Not Vaccinating Children

    NewsTarget.com printable article

(NewsTarget) This is an action item alert for all those who believe in health freedom. State and County officials in Maryland have announced they will send parents to jail if they don’t submit their children to forced vaccinations. State Attorney General Glenn F. Ivey has announced he is willing to criminalize parents if they don’t bring them to the courthouse to have them injected, on the spot, with vaccines that contain methyl mercury — a highly toxic nerve chemical that causes brain damage and is linked to autism. The action is backed by Circuit Judge William D. Missouri, Circuit Judge C. Philip Nichols Jr., and the chairman of the Prince George school board, R. Owen Johnson Jr.

Together, these judges and officials have conspired to turn Maryland into a medical police state, invoking the threat of imprisonment in order to achieve a vaccination goal that has more to do with politics than children’s actual health or safety. By threatening to imprison parents who object to the supposed health benefits of vaccinations, these state officials are effectively conspiring to cause thousands of children to be separated from their parents — a move that would create a humanitarian and public health disaster. This thought has not deterred Attorney General Glenn F. Ivey, who said, “We can do this the easy way or the hard way, but it’s got to get done.” That’s the kind of quote that might be uttered by a corrupt police officer pointing a gun in your face and demanding that you do something you don’t want to do. Actually, that’s not far off base from what the state of Maryland is now asking parents to do: Submit to the harming of their children through the injection of a toxic chemical, all enforced at gunpoint.

These vaccines contain thimerosal, a chemical preservative made, in part, with toxic methyl mercury. This toxic substance was banned decades ago in many countries, but not in the U.S. where corrupt health officials cater to the financial interests of drug companies rather than protecting the public. Read NewsTarget’s full report on Thimerosal here: http://www.newstarget.com/011764.html

NewsTarget is launching a grassroots action campaign to file an avalanche of complaints with the relevant Maryland officials, demanding that they reverse their position on this issue and apologize for threatening to throw parents in jail for refusing to have their children forcibly vaccinated. We believe that Attorney General Ivey — a Democrat — should be ashamed of himself for invoking such tyrannical actions against his own people, and that judges William Missouri and C. Philip Nichols Jr. should be rebuked for conspiring to threaten the free people of Maryland with imprisonment.

    ACLU already contacted

NewsTarget has also contacted the Maryland ACLU, who told us that they cannot take action on this issue until a parent is actually arrested and charged. But at that point, they may take an interest in this case.

    Action Items:

If you feel passionate about this issue and want to take a stand, we urge you to call, fax or email the officials named above.

Be sure to contact the office of Attorney General Glenn F. Ivey as well as the school board office of R. Owen Johnson Jr. These are key players in this latest example of medical tyranny.

You do not have to live in Maryland to make your voice heard on this issue. This impacts us all, because if Maryland officials learn they can get away with this kind of Big Brother Medicine scheme, other states may be inspired to pull out their guns and try the same thing. It is crucial that we remind these officials of what country they live in, and here in the United States, We the People still demand our freedoms and our right to choose what kind of medicine is best for our children.

    The dangers of vaccines

What’s clear is that there is a substantial and scientifically validated link between vaccinations and neurological disorders in children. Maryland state officials apparently have no concern over this matter and are enforcing mandatory vaccinations as if the injections were entirely harmless. This myopic view of the safety of pharmaceuticals is typical of state officials and conventional medical doctors, both of whom are almost always influenced to a large degree by the financial aims of powerful pharmaceutical companies. (Doctors, for example, aren’t even taught about the dangers of mercury in vaccines and are told that ALL drugs are safe for use on children, even if those drugs have never been tested on children!)

Due to the enormous amount of information now available about the dangers of vaccinations, there is no question that concerned parents have a right — if not the responsibility — to consciously object to the harming of their children via such vaccines. Rejecting mandatory vaccinations is one of the most responsible health decisions an informed parent can make. It is, in fact, all the mindless parents who submit to such vaccinations who are demonstrating a complete lack of concern for the health of their children. These are, no doubt, the same parents who feed their children processed foods, soda pop and school lunches (which contain numerous harmful chemical additives such as sodium nitrite, sodium benzoate and artificial food colors).

Join NewsTarget in taking action, and we’ll help put a stop to this medical tyranny. If there’s one thing state Attorneys General hate worse than parents who won’t get their kids vaccinated, it’s waking up to an avalanche of screaming angry parents from all across the country who are tired of being criminalized for merely protecting their children from the dangers of vaccines.

    News item:

    U.S. seeks to fine CompuCredit

The report of FTC fines of $200 Million and the charges of “deceptive credit card marketing practices” do not tell the whole story here.

“The Federal Trade Commission and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. said yesterday that CompuCredit and the banks failed to adequately disclose up-front fees and other conditions when marketing cards under the Aspire, FreedomCard, Tribute and other brand names.”

Those “up-front fees” and “other conditions” involved adding extra charges to customer’s credit card bills according to what was purchased with the card.

Fox News, Ch. 8, in Cleveland, Ohio reported that by the all too common practice of shared consumer information, CompuCredit and their related banks used this information to penalize customers who made purchases of specific products or services by adding to the interest rate.

Those of you who say “so what! Maybe these folks did not need to buy their beer or whatever.”

Well… among the “penalized” purchases were automobile tires and other items considered basic necessities by many people.

The worst part of the story is not so much that a business has taken unfair advantage of its customers… the scary thing is how much personal data about our lives is shared by all!

Someday, you could either be denied employment, or fired from your job because your boss found that you had made a purchase of some item that your company frowns upon. Or if you do some skydiving or motorcycle riding on weekends? Or maybe you bought a book or a DVD that don’t quite match the political leanings of your company. Maybe your insurance would be canceled because they want to know if you really smoked three cartons of cigarettes in the past two months…. or who in your household consumed all those donuts charged to your card from the super market.

Your government, your employer, your bank, your doctor, and just about everyone can dig into every little detail of your life now! Unless you can arrange to pay cash for everything, they GOT YOUR NUMBER!

    Sleep well!

This recent article posted on ROGUEGOVERNMENT.com is likely to scare you just enough to waken you to one of the most sinister plots against the human race that has ever been conceived!

    tv_tower2.JPG

Mass Mind Control Through Network TV
    www.roguegovernment.com/news.php?id=8532

    Quoting the article:
“This is no accident; this is a carefully crafted design. The drive to dumb down the populations of planet earth is a classic art that existed before the United States did. One component to understanding and deciphering the systems of control is to become a student of the magicians of influence and propaganda. In order to defeat our enemies (or dictators), its imperative that we understand how they think and what they believe in.”…

…”When it was formed in 1947, the CIA was forbidden to have any domestic police or internal security powers. In short, it was authorized only to operate ‘overseas’. From the very start MK-ULTRA staff broke this Congressional stipulation and began testing on unwitting American citizens.”…

…”One of the most common examples of mind control in our so-called free and civilized society is the advent and usage of the television set.”

You will find in the full article online that as early as 1937, a media mind control project was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR); both of which are known for their globalist New World Order (NWO) leanings.

But now, mind control techniques are increasing in their sophistication as broadcast technologies have been advanced. What we have now is not a collection of independent news networks, but one huge propaganda network orchestrated by those who would control our minds and souls if we allow them!

me, albert         Seems that we heard a similar tale in the 90s when someone at the White House came up with 900+ personal files on Republican Congressmen…  In my mind this is the very issue that supports the premise of smaller gov’t that for all intents and purposes minds its own business instead of everyone elses, especially it’s citizenry.  You never know when someone in gov’t will be looking at a personal file they shouldn’t see, and be doing it for political reasons for “someone” in or outside of gov’t.  Big Brother needs to be trimmed so it does just what it’s suppose to do and not everything else it’s not suppose to–like holding Congressional hearings on baseball athletes who use muscle enhancing drugs.  That is outside of the Federal Government’s Congressional mandate.

              Your’s, Albert

P.S. I rarely edit my copy a day later, adding more information, but I think the following serves as a good example of what one of our readers said in a recent comment to this blog entry:

    Introduction

The committee’s investigation into the unauthorized possession of hundreds of FBI background files by the White House remains in progress. There are many questions that are unanswered; cooperation from the White House and other witnesses has not been full and complete; more witnesses must be interviewed; and, many more documents from earlier committee requests are outstanding. Accordingly, this is an interim report to inform the public as to the status of the investigation in the closing days of the 104th Congress.

    1. The conduct of White House officials
    white graphic
The FBI files matter, or “Filegate,” is as serious an issue as the Clinton administration has encountered. The discovery of the unauthorized access to so many FBI background files on so many former White House employees is bad enough. These files contain the most private and personal information on an individual, his spouse and family. The fact that two individuals, Craig Livingstone and Anthony Marceca, with extensive political involvement and checkered pasts were in charge of handling the files is cause for alarm and investigation.
    white graphic
That present and former White House officials have not been forthcoming in revealing who hired the two central characters in this matter is of great concern to the committee. The committee intends to aggressively pursue the answers. Whoever was responsible for bringing them into the White House is ultimately responsible for these actions. Placing the public trust of such sensitive, private files in the hands of two political operatives was a disaster waiting to happen. And, it did.
    white graphic
In general, the FBI files issue shows a lack of respect by the Clinton administration for proper security procedures to protect both the President of the United States and the national security. This is all the more so since the White House ignored recommendations from a Democratic committee chairman of the U.S. Senate to take security precautions in response to reported security irregularities in the first years of the Clinton administration.
    white graphic
The Clinton White House displayed a lack of respect for the privacy and confidentiality of private citizens. The mere fact that individuals lacking in professional skills and discretion were put in charge demonstrates the cavalier approach of the Clinton administration toward sensitive security matters.
    white graphic
During the early revelations of the FBI files investigation, White House officials were quick to blame others rather than take responsibility. This happened even when all the facts were not known. First, it was touted as a routine mistake; then it was blamed on a low-level clerk; then the General Accounting Office; and then, the Secret Service. Each of these explanations was thoroughly discredited.
    white graphic
Some White House officials, through surrogates and unattributed background quotes in the press, continue to blame the Secret Service, even after that theory was soundly debunked. The fact that the White House seeks to avoid responsibility for this matter, and instead passes the buck, ensures that White House accountability for its own actions will be elusive.
    white graphic
Furthermore, the FBI files issue made it more difficult for the FBI and the Secret Service, the two agencies responsible for protecting the President and performing security for the White House, to trust actions of the White House. Prior to the files matter coming to light, these agencies cooperated with the White House under the presumption of a “good faith” relationship. Now, however, both have taken steps to implement more skeptical, arms-length processes for future interaction with White House officials. This unfortunate departure from tradition is yet another result of the growing mistrust of our political leaders in Washington. Undoubtedly, it is a black eye on this White House.

Bush blames Dems on surveillance bill

WASHINGTON - House Democratic leaders came under criticism Saturday from President Bush who said they are blocking intelligence legislation so lawyers can sue telephone companies for helping the government eavesdrop on suspected terrorists.

Terrorists are plotting attacks “at this very moment,” Bush said in his weekly radio address. He again urged the House to act on Senate-passed legislation needed to renew the intelligence law that expired last weekend.

The Senate bill provides retroactive protection for telecommunications companies that wiretapped U.S. phone and computer lines at the government’s request, but without the permission of a secret court created 30 years ago to oversee such activities. The House version does not provide such immunity against lawsuits.

Let’s hope that people smarter and more connected to the facts than I, Albert, am do the right thing here. If I were a telephone service provider, I would be very reluctant to comply with any surveillance law. All of this almost sounds like former Nazi Germany in the 20s and 30s.

    warning, special breaking news

    Congress, Baseball and the Constitution

Congress has no legitimate authority to question Roger Clemens …and our toleration for such interrogations comes at the expense of our own liberties!

    me, albert

If you’re actually wondering whether Roger Clemens DID or DID NOT take steroids, HGH or other “performance enhancing medications” …your absolutely missing the real point in all of this: PLEASE WAKE UP!!!

The question is NOT (and SHOULD NOT BE) whether Roger Clemens did or did not take these drugs.

THE REAL QUESTION IS THIS: EXACTLY WHERE DO OUR SUPPOSED REPRESENTATIVES IN CONGRESS THINK THEY HAVE ANY LEGITIMATE AUTHORITY TO STICK THEIR RESPECTIVE NOSES INTO SUCH QUESTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE?

    Read it now, already!

Well now, I was wondering when the voice of reason would show up at the dinner table.

Although I, Albert, don’t watch a lot of the junk news that most of society watches, I do get tid bits of it as I skim through the channels. The amount of time I spend watching television per day you could probably count on a half a finger, and for very good reason. What is there that I can watch that doesn’t scare the living hell out of me or cause me to think the world’s coming to an end tomorrow?

Well, the other week when I happened onto a channel where Congress was drilling one of these baseball gurus about their drug habits, I watched for a few minutes and changed the channel. After having done so, I went back and watched more of it, as I had a nagging feeling that something wasn’t right about all this.

the devil is in the details     I’ll tell you what’s not right about all of this… Congress has no place in baseball. That’s why there’s a baseball commission! What on Earth is Congress wasting their time… NO! the People’s time with needless hearings about drugs in baseball? As I watched it, I thought to myself, “Is there any facet of life that these people won’t try to control?”

I suppose not! And this is exactly what the author of our featured news item above means. I have to say that the only purpose I can assign to this exercise in fascism is to get the people of this nation use to government in every facet of their lives–even something as trivial as baseball and drugs! Where will it end?

take a closer look     In the beginning of this nation, by Constitutional mandate the Congress was intended to convene for a total of 6 weeks per year. Perhaps we should go back to this practice so Congress stops putting their nose into every little thing that doesn’t concern them.

According to the Constitution, there are a limited number of things that the federal government is charged to attend to, and all of them pretty much involve the protection of our borders and international relations. The Federal Government was intended to serve the States, not the States serve the Federal Government.

My concern here is that if Congress is allowed to extend their reach into such things that do not concern them–things that they are not, by law, suppose to deal with, then what else will they decide to tamper with. The writer of this story is right, your liberties are at stake here. Can’t you see that? Wake up and smell the bull crap, it’s right there in front of your face. (wipe you nose, you got some of it on you)

         Okay, I’ll calm down now…
