Albert,

Yesterday, the Senate heard our message loud and clear.

Your calls resonated, causing a panic amongst Senators who moved
quickly to close a loophole that would have granted illegal aliens
monetary rebates!

But, the battle isn’t over. Our Capitol contact urged us to keep
the pressure on the Senate saying we have to remain vigilant in our
demands that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should illegal aliens receive
rebate money.

We were told that Senator John Ensign (R-NV) is crafting an amendment
to the stimulus package that would ensure illegals do not receive
any benefits.

Here are the key points of that amendment:

–Stipulates recipients must be lawfully processed.

–Tax ID’s are prohibited (Social Security Numbers would be
used, and although there is no mechanism for sharing
information between the DHS, SSI, and IRS, it is better
than the original plan that looked only at Tax ID’s.)

–The Ensign amendment makes certain that names and
Social Security numbers are checked against no name or
suspect number lists.

Albert, Grassfire is calling on ALL members of our team to take
to the phones once again urging Senators to support the Ensign amendment.

Please call as soon as you receive this message. After calling,
pass the message on to family and friends urging them to follow your lead.

++ “The IRS doesn’t care!”

Grassfire also asked why and how illegal aliens can receive tax
identification numbers? Our Capitol contact said matter of factly,
“The IRS doesn’t care!” In fact, “Unless there is big money involved
the IRS doesn’t want anything to do with it.”

Albert, this is unacceptable, and the people of this nation who
do care have got to take decisive action. Please pick up your phone
and make your calls to prevent illegal aliens from receiving rebate
money!

As always, thank you for taking action with me.

Steve

P.S: After calling your Senators, please forward this message on to
your taxpaying friends and family members. Encourage them first to
sign our petition by clicking below, and call their Senate leadership as
well.

From the Desk of:
Steve Elliott, President, Grassfire.org Alliance

1/30/2008

Albert,

I have just learned that the just passed House Stimulus package
intended to jump-start a sagging economy by giving citizens rebates,
also includes cash benefits for illegal aliens!

Yes, you read that right.

According to FOX News, the plan would benefit those illegal aliens
who qualify as “resident aliens” - meaning they have
spent a substantial amount of time in the U.S. and have not
yet been deported.

These so-called “resident aliens” also must have been assigned
an Individual Tax Identification Number.

What?

Assigning a tax number to an illegal alien in-effect legitimizes
their right to be in the U.S!

As Rep. Tom Tancredo said to FOX News, the bill will certainly
stimulate “more illegal immigration.”

Albert, once again this is a slap in the face to citizen taxpayers,
and I’m calling on you to take immediate action with me by calling
your Senators and demanding rebates to illegal aliens be dropped
from this bill.

Be sure to contact your Congressmen about this: http://www.grassfire.net

This bill easily passed through the House (385-35), and it is my hope
that our Grassfire team will be able to restore some sense and sensibility
as this bill progresses through the Senate.

Thank you for taking immediate action with me.

Steve

P.S: After calling your Senators, please forward this message on to your
taxpaying friends and family members. Encourage them first to sign our
petition by clicking below, and call their Senate leadership as well.

Has this judge gone too far?

Listen to the whole video, and you decide:
http://it.truveo.com/She-Got-More-Jail-Time-For-Joking-About-Fatal-DUI/id/1153854342

This woman had already begun serving her jail time for the DUI/Manslaughter charge, and the “joke” was told by someone else calling to cheer her up. Let’s face it, if you were in jail and likely stressed out, I’m sure someone making a joke about your situation just might make you laugh. I would think it could have that effect on me.

How many hardened criminals, convicted of felonies, have not only laughed about their crimes, but have bragged about them while in prison? The taking of a human life is a terrible thing, whether by intent or by accident. But once a sentence has been handed down, the penalty should not be increased because someone laughs at a joke posed by another person. This is the thought police in action!

After all, as reported in the news item, she did “take out a tree-hugger, a bicyclist, a Frenchman, and a gay guy in one shot.”

There should be some merit in that somewhere.

We’ve heard about it time and again: areas along the border with high concentration of illegal alien activity become hotspots for drug-dealing, violence, and other crimes. Now, we increasingly hear stories of the Mexican military crossing the border into sovereign U.S. territory.

The first question we should ask is, “Why are they doing this?” Some believe they are trying to crack down on drug-smuggling and other crimes, while others believe that these incursions into the United States have more to do with seeing that the crimes are NOT stopped by U.S. officials — that the military actually provides cover for the activities. The second question we should ask is, “Why is the U.S. allowing this?” This is our country, and no other military is allowed to simply drive across with hostile intent. Just read what’s been happening lately…

According to the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection Office of Border Patrol, there has been a staggering 278 incursions into the United States by Mexican government personnel since 1996. In 2007, the Office of Border Patrol Field Intelligence Center noted 25 incursions, 4 by Mexican military personnel and 21 by Mexican police officials.

The DHS report on incursions was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by Judicial Watch. The organization combed through the report and found a number of such as:

MEXICAN MILITARY INCURSION (ARMED/INTENTIONAL) TUCSON/TUCSON — On April 23, 2007, Border Patrol Agents…reported a Mexican military incursion on the Tres Bellotas Ranch near Arivaca, Arizona. The agents were using night vision equipment and observed…seven to ten Mexican military personnel in Humvees carrying long arms…The agents continued to back away from the [soldiers] when they heard [one] soldier chamber a round into his rifle. The agents observed…that the military personnel had fanned out in a tactical formation on both sides of the US/Mexico International Boundary.

MEXICAN MILITARY INCURSION (ARMED/INTENTIONAL) TUCSON SECTOR/SONOITA SECTOR — On July 5, 2007 a Border Patrol Agent…encountered six subjects dressed in tan colored BDU style clothing…A military style Humvee and a black Suburban were parked on the Mexican side of the border…Two of the subjects appeared to be carrying bundles of narcotics on their backs.

MEXICAN POLICE INCURSION (ARMED/INTENTIONAL) EL CENTRO SECTOR/CALEXICO STATION — On August 26, 2007, Remote Video Surveillance System operators…observed a red Ford F150 south of the All American Canal between the United States and Mexico…Agents…encountered the vehicle and performed a vehicle stop…The agents found credentials on the driver indicating that [name redacted] is an Agent of the Mexican Agencia Federal de Investigation. The agents searched the vehicle and discovered several items to include: guns, ammunition, narcotics, night vision equipment, cell phones, a walkie talkie and a ski mask.

The full list of FY 2007 incursions is included in the report in the form of a table:

Incursion Chart

Our borders must be protected. There should be absolutely no debate on this issue. Congress has passed legislation to build a fence, then other legislators come around and defund it. In addition to physical barriers and surveillance, another element is needed…. something simple, but as of yet, missing from the process: political pressure. The government of Mexico will not change its ways unless pressure comes from the U.S. government. We cannot allow these incursions into sovereign U.S. land. We cannot allow Mexico to encourage the exodus of its people through illegal means as a way of bringing more money back to Mexico. Protection of our borders starts with the White House and ends at the border line.

If you and I are not willing to fight for the sovereignty of our own nation, who will? While it is true that our Federal Gov’t is charged with attending to the security of our nation, the current fight against doing so on the Southern border would suggest that our Congressmen either do not have the stomach to do so or that there’s some other “plan” afoot.

The Veterans Disarmament Act

How the new law will affect you and where we go from here

As most Americans were preparing for the Christmas holidays last month, the U.S. Congress pulled another fast one when only few people were watching.

It was December 19. Most Congressmen had left town and were either at the airport or in the air returning home. They weren’t in Washington, DC, because their party leadership had told them that all the major votes were over… that the only legislative business left related to non-controversial issues, such as when Congress would return from Christmas break, etc.

But it was then, with most of the Congress gone, that the House and Senate passed the Veterans Disarmament Act without a recorded vote. It was a huge deja vu, as this was the method that a previous Democratic Congress used — together with compliant Republicans — to pass the original Brady Law in 1993.

U Gotta Read it!
.

Some of my veteran friends tell me that back in the 90s, there was a memo circulate from the Veterans Affairs office directed to all the VA Medical Centers that ordered department heads to send the names and contact information of all disabled veterans considered to be incompetent to the Bureau of Alchohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF). It seems that BATF wanted to know who these people were.

Why do you suppose that might be?

All of this took place about the same time as the law that prohibited certain types of “assault weapons.” I believe that was called something like the Lautenberg Amendment, which was introduced by Senator Frank Lautenberg in 1996.

The Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968, effective 30 September 1996, makes it a felony for those convicted of misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence to ship, transport, possess, or receive firearms or ammunition. The Amendment also makes it a felony to transfer a firearm or ammunition to an individual known, or reasonably believed, to have such a conviction.

     Read about the Lautenberg Amendment.

I, Albert, may not be in love with guns, but I’m not naive enough to think that disarming the population of the United States will solve the crime problem. However, what it will solve is any possibility that the populace could possibly fight for the sovereignty of our nation if its own Federal Gov’t refuses to do so.

The prescrption that calls for the disarmament of the American public was released in 1961 by the U.S. Department of State in a little known document entitled Freedom From War, The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.

Although this document calls for this in general worldwide terms, you can bet that it pertains to U.S. citizens as well. I suggest you read it all, not just the initial stuff about nuclear weapons. Read it thoroughly as it calls for the handover of control of the majority of our armed forces to the United Nations.

That’s about all I have to say on this issue today, but those of you who believe that gun control is good, just consider the fact that criminals who have guns couldn’t agree with you more!

     Yours, Albert

In an earlier Albertaclipper Blog post, George Carlin said it best:

”I believe ‘illegal’ is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.”
He also said:

”I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, do it in English.”

Everywhere you turn the American public is working hard to get its point across to the leaders of this nation: “We do not want illegal immigrants in this country!” Most of our politicians either won’t discuss the issue in any great depth or they only give the issue lip service as the agenda of a borderless North American continues on.

There are numerous examples of Americans stating their minds on the issue of allowing illegal immigrants into this country. There are likewise many articles on why we ought to turn a blind eye. I, Albert, still believe that Carlin is right: I believe ‘illegal’ is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.”

Here are a few of the news titles from across the U.S. regarding illegal immigration. I’ll provide links to each one so you can go read them.

  • Letters To The Editor: Schooling for Legal Immigrants Only

”Filling the Void after High School” [front page, Jan. 14] described a disservice done to illegal immigrants, but the article did not say that U.S. taxpayers are footing the bill for educating the 65,000 undocumented people graduating from U.S. public schools each year.

It also did not mention the downside of allowing illegal immigrants to attend state-funded colleges and universities: There would be less financial aid for taxpaying American citizens to attend college.

  • McCain deaf to public on immigration

The Arizona Republic’s editorial on Monday took great pains to prove that John McCain is a conservative (”Criticism falls short”). However, it’s irrelevant to grassroots Republicans whether McCain is labeled as a conservative or a moderate. It’s his stand on the issue of immigration that has the average Republican in an uproar.

The grass roots of the GOP want a secure border, enforcement of our immigration laws and illegal immigration brought under control. The Washington establishment, which McCain is a part of, want to keep the cheap labor immigrant supply secure and our immigration laws unenforced, which results in the continuation of an out-of-control illegal-immigration situation.

  • Illegal-immigrant hiring measure gains important Senate supporters

A bill to penalize businesses that knowingly employ illegal immigrants is gaining some key supporters in the Indiana Senate.

Senate President Pro Tempore David C. Long, R-Fort Wayne, and Sen. Luke Kenley, the Noblesville Republican who is chairman of the Senate Tax and Fiscal Policy Committee, have signed on as co-authors of Senate Bill 335.

The measure, authored by Sen. Mike Delph, R-Carmel, exempts hospitals, nonprofits and churches from most of its provisions. It requires county prosecutors and the state attorney general to investigate reports of companies that employ illegal immigrants. Companies found to be in violation can be charged with a Class A misdemeanor and potentially have their licenses to do business suspended or revoked.

  • ODU defends its policy on undocumented students

An informal survey by a state higher education agency indicates that Old Dominion University is one of four of Virginia’s 15 public colleges and universities that will enroll undocumented immigrants.

The survey by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia was requested by Del. Chris Peace, R-Hanover, who has introduced a bill that would make illegal immigrants ineligible for admission to Virginia’s public colleges and universities.

  • Senators seek movement on state’s immigration issues

Minnesota needs to get tougher on illegal immigration, and the tools to do it are within reach, a Minnesota state senator said.

Sen. Joe Gimse, a Republican from Willmar, was in Morris Thursday to address immigration issues and discuss the results of forums he and District 11 Sen. Bill Ingebrigtsen, a Republican from Alexandria, held last fall.

  • In small-town Saluda, residents’ view on Latino newcomers can determine whom they support for president.

SALUDA, S.C. — Tiffany Pearson carries the grisly photo in a little pink bag with her other essential stuff, like her favorite Rod Stewart CD.

The photo shows a calf carcass rotting on the roof of a trailer home. Pearson, 42, a clerk in a gift shop, said Latino immigrants put the calf up there.

She said she planned to vote for a Republican candidate who would do something about illegal immigration. Among other things, she said, the newcomers are bringing down the quality of life in her country town.

  • IMMIGRATION: Maryland may look west at regulations through employers

”If they don’t have jobs and they don’t have benefits, they’ll go home” — Md. Sen. E.J. Pipkin, R-Caroline

”I would estimate I’ve lost at least 10 to 20 percent of my workforce” in the five Arizona hotels he runs with Southwest Hospitality Management, in anticipation of the law that took effect Jan. 1, Patel said. The company’s hotels include a Best Western in Payson, Ariz., and a Fairfield Inn and Ramada in Flagstaff, Ariz.

The law takes a slightly different tack than most immigration controls by aiming squarely at businesses. Get caught employing illegal aliens twice in a 6-month period, and you’re out of business.

  • Column: State can’t afford to wait on illegal immigration

Anyone who enters illegally, for whatever reason, violates federal law. Yet dealing with illegal aliens is not solely a federal issue, as tremendous impacts are felt at the state level.

Gov. Tim Pawlenty recognizes this growing problem and is trying to do something about it. Recently, I and other concerned lawmakers stood alongside Pawlenty as he unveiled his illegal immigration package that’s designed to better enforce our laws and encourage law enforcement agencies to work together.

  • Mt. Rainier courts illegal aliens

Washington DC (Map, News) - Mount Rainier is home to thousands of immigrants, and if city council members get their way, the Prince George’s County community will be putting out a welcome mat for more to come.

Councilman Pedro Briones has proposed an ordinance that would prohibit city employees from asking residents about their immigration status, thwarting federal immigration laws and turning the city of 10,000 into a sanctuary similar to Takoma Park.

Mount Rainier’s police department already has a policy not to question immigration status.

I, Albert, can go on and on, providing case after case of Americans fed up with the influx of illegal, criminal aliens into this country. Of course, every story has two sides and this one is no different. While it is true that no one can blame illegal immigrants for trying to come to this country for a better life, there is a procedure in place where legal immigration occurs. However, it takes time and money, which most illegal immigrants do not have.

The problem here as I, Albert, see it is that there’s a faction of government working lockstep with financial forces above government that are hell-bent on bringing about a continent where there are no borders. Foundations have long worked for this as well as numerous other organizations.

You have to ask yourself why these financial, social-manipulating forces would like to turn Canada, the United States, and Mexico into a single entity called the North American Union. Of course they have all the excuses in the book for doing so, but in a land where the majority rules (did we forget this?), and since the majority clearly wants America to remain as is, why are they still doing this?

Better yet, why don’t they just have a national vote and find out what the majority really wants? Perhaps they already know. Since these same families own most of the media in one manner or another, we continue to see a good deal of press that would suggest the opposite–that the majority would agree with a one-world, I mean one-continent governmental solution in which our national governments would simply become “nation states” or “proxy governments” to the primary regional body.

Somehow this does not seem very democratic in that at no time have you or I ever voted on a single issue that I can recall that relates to this. I doubt once it’s instituted that you or I will be asked to vote then either. As evidence of this I suggest you take a long, hard look at the United Nations. When was the last time you or I ever had an opportunity to cast our vote on a single, solitary issue that came up before the general body?

The answer is easy: It’s not a democratic solution. I, Albert, submit to you that these forms of government are not democratic, which means they must be something other. Now you know why so many people oppose the illegal immigration issue because these poor individuals are being used by some very rich and powerful groups to attain their own agenda(s).

To borrow a phrase: Power To The People!

It just keeps getting worse… First it was The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that was launched in March of 2005. Supposedly this was a means to compete economically with the European Union trade pact, but at the expense of American SOVEREIGNTY because it eliminates the Mexican and Canadian borders. This is also why our highways are being flooded with Mexican trucks right now, and nothing is being done to secure our borders or in any way control the invasion of illegal immigrants into our country.

NOW… the Bush administration and some wackos from Congress want to sneak through a possibly worse deal with Europe!

To read this article:

This little scam is called the “Transatlantic Policy Network,” and involves a seven-year plan that aligns U.S. with Europe’s economy.

The rules, and regulations are to be integrated into U.S. policy WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW!

Here’s the official site of the Transatlantic Policy Network:

www.tpnonline.org/about.html

You will notice at the bottom of this document with the official credits, something very strange… at least
I do not understand it. It states:

“Robert S. Strauss, US Honorary President”

What is an “Honorary” U.S. President?

No telling what else has been ripped away from our nation’s assets by secret New World Order deals not yet reported!

YES, I’M A BAD AMERICAN

 by: George Carlin

I Am Your Worst Nightmare. I am a BAD American. I am George Carlin.

I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family, not some mid level governmental functionary be it Democratic or Republican!

I’m in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!

I think owning a gun doesn’t make you a killer, it makes you a smart American.

I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything.

I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, do it in English.

I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.

My heroes are John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Roy Rogers, and whoever canceled Jerry Springer.

I don’t hate the rich. I don’t pity the poor.

I know wrestling is fake and I don’t waste my time watching or arguing about it.

I’ve never owned a slave, or was a slave, I haven’t burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you! So, shut up already.

I believe if you don’t like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country! This is AMERICA.

I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution. Can I get an AMEN on that one?

I think the cops have every right to shoot your sorry rear if you’re running from them..

I also think they have the right to pull you over if you’re breaking the law, regardless of what color you are.

And, no, I don’t mind having my face shown on my drivers license. I think it’s good….. And I’m proud that ‘God’ is written on my money.

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don’t want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.

I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making ‘donations’ to their cause.

I believe that it doesn’t take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents.

And what is going on with gas prices… Again?

I believe ‘illegal’ is illegal no matter what the lawyers think.

I believe the American flag should be the only one allowed in AMERICA!

If this makes me a BAD American, then yes, I’m a BAD American.

If you are a BAD American too, please forward this to everyone you know.

     We want our country back!
