Congress sued to remove prez from White House

© 2009 WorldNetDaily

A new lawsuit is challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, and this one targets Congress as a defendant for its “failure” to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that actually designated him as the occupant of the Oval Office.
white graphic
The new case raises many of the same arguments as dozens of other cases that have flooded into courtrooms around the nation since the November election.

It is being brought on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. and names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

As WND has reported, dozens of lawsuits have been filed over Obama’s eligibility to assume the office of the president. Many have been dismissed while others remain pending.

READ IT NOW!

I, Albert, must say that if it is true that President Obama is not a native-born American, then Congress really has no choice but to remove him. If they fail to do so, that would instantly transform them into criminals as each of them swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution, which clearly says that a sitting President must be native born! What part of NATIVE BORN does Congress fail to understand?

A co-worker questioned the notion that Obama doesn’t quality as President, as do I, even still. But, from what I, Albert, understand, no one has produced an US birth certificate for President Obama, not even Obama himself. Now, why doesn’t he just up and up-chuck one so we can all put this issue to rest–but he hasn’t. He could have, he’s had ample opportunity, but he’s refused to do it, or he can’t. Either way, he’s in big trouble if the “rule of Law” is followed on this issue.

Here are some past blog entries for you to munch on. Let’s hope Congress gets some baseballs on this and that they investigate and put to rest this birth certificate issue. Or, if they find he was not born in the US, then they know what they have to do. I don’t care if he’s blue or pink, they have to remove him from office… It’s Law!

     Yours, Albert

Get Real     I, Albert, after taking a good look at the world situation, must conclude that the United Nations has done very little to slow or stop conflict in the world. In fact, and this comes by way of others, there is more fighting in the world today than when the UN came into being.

If you doubt my word on this, go see it for yourself: UN News Room

me, Albert     It’s obvious to me that they have done very little to solve things, and in a real sense I believe they may have actually caused more fighting to occur by medling in the affairs of others.  Perhaps we all ought to take a lesson from the founders of this nation. They believed in minding their own business and others minding theirs.

Lessons learned long ago but no one seems to know much about it today. Wonder how so many politicians today failed to learn this lesson from history… As it’s been said time and time again,  ”Those who do not know history are bound to repeat it.”

Soon Congress will assemble a commission to study the economic downturn with the idea of finding out “exactly what happened and why”. I, Albert, can tell you what happened, which turns on the why…

Senators propose commission to probe market crisis

“I’ve never personally seen anything like the economic times we’re in now,” said Isakson, who built a fortune in Atlanta-area real estate before coming to Congress. “We must learn exactly what happened and why. We must hold people accountable. If institutions or individuals broke the law, they must face the consequences.”
blank graphic
Under legislation they introduced Thursday, the commission would have seven members appointed by the president, congressional leaders of both parties and the Federal Reserve chairman. It is modeled after a panel that investigated the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

You gotta read it!

I think we could sum it up with a single word:

As to Global Warming (Climate Change)… here’s where I am coming from.

Although I’ll admit that when it comes to math skills, I’m as dumb as a box of rocks. But in spite of this, I majored in science in high school. I then had to study weather systems and such to prepare for my private pilot’s license. My education on weather systems was extended when I went through the U.S. Air Force Weather Observer School back in the 1960’s.

As I see it, man’s contribution (if any) to “climate change” is maybe .001 percent per decade.

When the Democrat left and the Republican elitists started preaching their dooms-day Global Warming propaganda, they based their findings on flawed data. And now that they have found the opposite (Global Cooling) to be the reality, they now must identify their agenda as “Climate Change,” not global warming. If we were actually in a cycle of global warming, we need to look at the Sun and nature for the cause. It is the Sun that gives us about 98 percent of our heat on Earth. Then there is volcanic activity to consider, as well as the heat generated by the movement of the Earth’s crust during quake activity.

But they still insist on clinging to their junk science theory that all this is caused by man-made Carbon Dioxide emissions. Carbon dioxide (co2) is one of the most basic gases on Earth. And it has been around for a very long time… like, since God created the Earth.

Without it, all food crops, plants, and trees would die. God created a unique circle of life between man and nature. The plants intake co2 and give back oxygen to us humans and animals so that we can breathe. To class co2 as a toxic element is a little silly, in my book. And to come up with the idea to TAX it (Carbon Tax) is a downright crime.

Professor: Life-Giving Gas Carbon Dioxide Is Not A Pollutant…

I see this as just another New World Order / UN scheme for a world-wide tax. This, along with Bush and his cronies wanting to create a North American Union; merging Mexico, the USA, and Canada is but another facet of the total agenda to destroy the sovereignty of the United States in order to make the transition to a One World Government less traumatic to the already dumbed-down masses.

I’m no authority on any of this, but I sincerely doubt that man has significantly added to the co2 volume on Earth, or has the ability to significantly decrease it.

Now, if you want to talk about a real travesty committed against man and nature, we need to talk about “CHEMTRAILS.” As an ex-pilot who still watches the sky a lot, I have observed this phenomena since the 1990’s. The government and news media try to slip this by our unsuspecting public (world-wide) as mere condensation trails (contrails) which naturally form behind high-altitude aircraft. But the “official” story from the government again is an absolute lie.

Normal contrails remain at the same altitude as the aircraft that formed them and dissipate within a few miles behind the aircraft. They also remain white in color.

CHEMTRAILS are much different. They spread out wider than they originate; they descend in altitude as they spread into a man-made cloud. And they usually become somewhat darker in color. Another thing that will tip you off as to whether they are Chemtrails, is that you will see many jet aircraft flying criss-cross patterns in the sky until a bright clear sky becomes almost a solid overcast. Those are Chemtrails.

Everyone above the level of dog catcher in the government and most of the news media will simply perpetuate the big lie that these are normal contrails.

Everyone except Congressman Dennis Kucinich, that is. I give him credit for his courage several years back when he tried to floor a bill to look into this matter, and expose the truth. But as you would guess, his bill was removed, and never seen or spoken of again!

Some alternative news sources have offered several Chemtrail “explanations,” but no official motive is known for sure.

One theory is that the aluminum, and other, metallic particles in the Chemtrails are part of a military electronic communications system to either block or aid radio signals.

Another theory is that they are designed to block the view from spy satellites from other countries while strategic military movements are being carried out.

Another take on this says that they are doing this to protect us from some of the recent very intense solar flares and resulting harmful radiation.

Weather Modification is another theory that cannot be discarded.

The most sinister theory hints that they are being used as a means of population control by constantly dumping toxic and bio-hazardous substances over the entire globe.

The 5-min. video linked here explains some of this:

We don’t know for sure, but much of the evidence points to my assumption that the government we “see” is NOT the government in POWER. The America and world we knew in our youth is already gone.

So you and I can agree to disagree about some current political candidates and elected officials, but the bottom line is that our votes don’t count anymore. The outcome has all been pre-determined.

Hope I’m wrong!

news flashme, Albertturning earth

As I, Albert, told you, there are economic hit-men out there who specialize in destroying the economy of smaller developing countries. They use a variety of tools to do this as they are trained by the best–and they are the best.

turning earthAbout now you ought to be asking yourself, “to what purpose would these men do this?”

turning earth The answer here is simple, to force these countries to borrow money from the World Bank and the International Monetary fund.  Why?  So they are beholding and obligated to these powerful banking institutions and the power men who own/operate them.

turning earthSo now we have a world situation.  Everyone is borrowing to pay their obligations.  It’s reached the point where even some of the most powerful nations on earth are borrowing huge sums of cash in order to stay afloat.

turning earthIt’s become so bad in the states that State Government isn’t able to keep up.  See the following story:

turning earthNew York - Officials at state unemployment offices say they’ve never seen anything like it: Layoffs are happening so fast that those seeking unemployment benefits are overloading state computer systems, jamming phone lines, and making it necessary for administrators to hire temporary workers.

turning earthIn some states, it’s so bad officials suspect that only half the calls are getting through. Frustrated, the unemployed are e-mailing anyone they can find at the state agencies or are just hitting redial on their phones, sometimes hundreds of times. The problem will get worse before it gets better, say some officials.

turning earth“For the last six weeks, we have seen the highest [number of] weekly claims since we’ve been keeping records in 1985,” says Mike Cullen, Colorado’s unemployment insurance director.

turning earth“And they are increasing at an increasing rate,” Mr. Cullen says.

turning earthLast Friday, some of this surge at state offices was reflected in the Department of Labor’s monthly jobs report: In December, it said, the unemployment rate hit 7.2 percent, up from 6.7 percent in November. And employers shed 524,000 workers after letting go of 584,000 in November.

me, AlbertI, Albert, would like to share with you the overpowering reality of what’s now become an obvious suppressed, depressed economy.  Try as they might, and by they I mean the Federal Gov’t, they will not be able to put this once-great economy back together again.  Now, let me tell you why…

white graphic

…because there’s nothing left here to put back together!  Where’s the brunt of the industry that was once in this country?  Where’s the money going every time you and I buy something made in China? I, Albert, can tell you quite simply that it’s not staying here in this country, it’s going elsewhere to support there’s.  Until they bring our industrial base back, NOTHING they do will bring this economy back.

white graphic

The sad fact is, what they did is borrow and borrow to hide the problem and they did it for several decades.  As things got worse, they borrowed even more.  Who was it that once said, “Give me control over a nation’s money and I’ll control that nation?”

white graphic

It sure wasn’t George Washington or Abraham Lincoln.  It wasn’t an American either.  It was a famous banker from the United Kingdom.

Better prepare for a rough ride.  We’re in for the ride of our lives.

look hereChristmas is for everyone, not just those who claim Christ as their Savior. By the same token, because Christmas owes its very existence to the celebration of Jesus Christ’s birth, non-Christians cannot or should not try to strip it of it’s Christian connotation.

look hereThe bottom line here is: Everyone can celebrate Christmas as they wish to, displaying their own brand of religion as they wish. You have never heard of a court case where a Christian has tried to stop the free expression of another relgion and me, Albertthat’s because Christianity was the primary religion in a new land created just a shade over 200 years ago.

look hereAmerica is about “FREEDOM”! How many times do we need to be reminded that if you limit the freedom of one group, you allow authorities to set a precedent that will eventually over a period of time erode everyone else’s freedoms. How many times must I, Albert, tell you this? How many times must other freedom-loving commentators tell you that “WHAT YOU DO TO OTHERS IN THIS LAND OF THE ‘FREE’ WILL ONE DAY BE DONE TO YOU”?

look hereMy brothers and sisters in God, my brothers and sisters in Christ, and my self proclaimed deities of self creation, I present this warm and fuzzy commentary allegedly by Ben Stein, a TV commentator on CBS Sunday Morning (I have not verified it’s source). But it’s a good way to look at Christmas for those who feel threatened or otherwise put-out by Christianity:

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary.

     My confession:

I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish.  And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees… I don’t feel threatened.  I don’t feel discriminated against. That’s what they are: Christmas trees.

It doesn’t bother me a bit when people say, ‘Merry Christ mas’ to me.  I don’t think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto.  In fact, I kind of like it.  It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn’t bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach house in Malibu ..  If people want a crèche, it’s just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.

I don’t like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don’t think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians.  I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period.  I have no idea where the concept came from that America is an explicitly atheist country.  I can’t find it in the Constitution and I don’t like it being shoved down my throat.

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren’t allowed to worship God as we understand Him?  I guess that’s a sign that I’m getting old, too.   But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it’s not funny, it’s intended to get you thinking.

Billy Graham’s daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her ‘How could God let something like this happen?’ (regarding Katrina) Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response.  She said, ‘I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we’ve been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives.  And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out.  How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?’

In light of recent events… terrorists attack, school shootings, etc.  I think it started when Madeleine Murray O’Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didn’t want prayer in our schools, and we said OK.  Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself.  And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn’t spank our children when they misbehave because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr Spock’s son committed suicide).  We said an expert should know what he’s talking about.  And we said OK.

Now we’re asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don’t know right from wrong, and why it doesn’t bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out.  I think it has a great deal to do with ‘WE REAP WHAT WE SOW..’

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world’s going to hell  Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send ‘jokes’ through e-mail and they spread like wildfire but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing.  Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.
