Was US President Barack Obama right to dismiss General Stanley McChrystal?
Former US and ISAF commander in Afghanistan General Stanley McChrystal was dismissed by US President Barack Obama this week following the publication of the Rolling Stone article “The Runaway General”.
Obama said McChrystal’s comments in the article undermined the civilian control of the military.
In the article, an aide to the US General said that President Obama appeared “uncomfortable and intimidated” by the military and “didn’t seem very engaged” when he first met McChrystal.
McChrystal is reported to have felt betrayed by Karl Eikenberry, US ambassador to Afghanistan, and complained he did not want to read an email from Richard Holbrooke, senior envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The article also says the General was preparing to confront surge strategy-sceptic Vice President Joe Biden, saying he was thinking of ways of “dismissing the vice president with a good one-liner.”

Shariah ban pending on November ballot in Oklahoma
WHY SHOULD THERE EVEN HAVE TO BE A VOTE ON THIS?
The cancer of Islam is spreading across America like a wild fire. What will it take to stop it?
If the ban on Shariah law would fail, the citizens of Oklahoma (and all of America) should be made aware of what their future legal system will become. Under the guise of limiting application of Islamic law to legal disputes among Muslims only, our U.S. legal code will be perverted to where the powers of Shariah law will gradually be expanded to cover a broader area of our legal system.
With federal judges having already either cited from international law or suggested it be applied to U.S. legal cases, we are risking the danger of further perversion and contamination of the best legal system in the world!.
Islam has destroyed and / or oppressed every society and nation where it has come into power.
The U.S. government has been sending too many messages of weakness to the rest of the world these days. And under the hypnosis of political correctness, the general population is beginning to accept this deadly Islamic deception. We have a timid Muslim sympathizer in the White House who apparently has no regard for the safety of our nation, nor any regard to the Christian principles set forth by our founding fathers. The Muslim imams are already taking advantage of this. We must now find a way to send a clear bold message to the Muslims, and to our own government, that WE WILL NOT ABIDE BY THE LAWS OF THEIR ISLAMIC CULTURE IN OUR COUNTRY!
I could offer some pointed and bold suggestions of how to remedy the situation here, but they are all too ‘old-fashioned’ for you young folks.

There’s been a lot of talk about Barack Hussein Obama not being a native born citizen of the United States. Those who say this also say that he’s not qualified for this reason. What does it matter if Obama’s not a native born American anyway?
Here’s why you and I ought to care: Within Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, it says, “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
This LAW many not be much of a concern in a country where its citizens don’t really care enough about the law to stop at stop signs, but to a people who realize the necessity and value of following laws, it should mean a lot. Okay, so let’s get beyond the birth certificate thing and let’s focus more on what and whom the 44th President is.
If you’re black, he’s a black man of great success. If you’re a Muslim, then he’s a successful Arab. Can he be both at the same time? And if he happens to be Muslim, how is that a bad thing for the United States?
Pamela Geller, publisher of AtlasShrugs.com and author of the new book, The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration’s War on America, says this most recent comment by Obama has been ignored by the mainstream media and should be of great concern to U.S. citizens.
Pam Geller (Freedom Defense Initiative)”[In] this latest report…Foreign Prime Minister Gheit on Nile Television…said that, in confidence, Obama told him that he was a Muslim,” says Geller, “and that after he straightened out domestic issues would show the Muslim world how to handle Israel.”
Geller also says that while this topic is nothing new, it is further evidence of Obama’s sympathetic tendencies towards those who mean harm to the U.S. and his intent to reshape America’s religious foundation.
Jesus Christ once said that it will be by people’s acts that we will ultimately know who they really are. A man can say he’s this or he can profess to say he’s that, but in the end analysis, he could be something entirely different. As they say, time will tell and the outcome will be just as telling.

What the sneaky Left has really been doing to America

I must certainly agree with the consensus of the above article, that it was no accident that America has fallen so far. It’s a worst-case scenario for our republic in that a turn-around now is almost impossible. The communist-controlled education system has successfully produced a new crop of brain-washed (brain-dead) alumni repeatedly now, over a time span of two generations!
These loyal leftists are released upon our society through this schoolastic revolving door system, and then we let them take their places within the education system, news media, union leadership, and politics.
Now we are facing the political and economic catastrophe of AMNESTY to be granted to somewhere between 10 to 14 MILLION illegals who even now demand their “rights” as they continue to plunder our resources and contaminate our culture. Yeah… and guess which way they will vote.
It’s a never-ending circle that is most unlikely to ever be broken. If we were to break it, it would result in chaos of such magnitude as to rival the Civil War. Our enemies within will not go down without a fight!
Are ‘We the People’ honestly ready to face the possibility of extremely violent confrontations now? Or is it now too late to reclaim America by any means?
It would be very difficult to locate an exact time in history where we became so careless and so weak as to allow such a once-great nation to just slip away. But I can guess why we lost our bearing.
As we gradually and foolishly began to put our faith and devotion to God and His Word on the back burner, so that we could live a more modern and comfortable life, we tried to convince ourselves that it was okay now to accept some of the ‘new’ thinking of our elite class and perverted educators. Then we allowed our children to be programmed by the movie industry and the TV networks which preached that ‘everybody’ was open to free sex and that they were entitled to fulfill all their little material desires. Being right or wrong was only a matter of how a person perceived the situation. Never mind that our grandparents tried to warn us. It was full speed ahead into the New Age.
We sure made it easy for the left to complete the indoctrination of our entire society.

I have a lot of friends that voted for President Barack Obama. I don’t care what you do, I don’t care what you say, a few of them will never admit they were wrong. Most of them, however, know they threw America in the trashcan of history, they’ve told me as much.
I, Albert, am pleased to report that there is a movement afoot among my liberal comrades related to buyer’s remorse. The famous phrase that I hear over and over is similar to, “I didn’t know he intended this kind of change.”
My reply is always similar to, “You wanted change, well, you got it!”
The following story from the online Wall Street Journal is both interesting and not at all surprising.
TITLE: The Alien in the White House
SUBTITLE: The distance between the president and the people is beginning to be revealed.The deepening notes of disenchantment with Barack Obama now issuing from commentators across the political spectrum were predictable. So, too, were the charges from some of the president’s earliest enthusiasts about his failure to reflect a powerful sense of urgency about the oil spill.
There should have been nothing puzzling about his response to anyone who has paid even modest critical attention to Mr. Obama’s pronouncements. For it was clear from the first that this president—single-minded, ever-visible, confident in his program for a reformed America saved from darkness by his arrival—was wanting in certain qualities citizens have until now taken for granted in their presidents. Namely, a tone and presence that said: This is the Americans’ leader, a man of them, for them, the nation’s voice and champion. Mr. Obama wasn’t lacking in concern about the oil spill. What he lacked was that voice—and for good reason.
It’s been said time and time again that Obama is a Socialist, or a Communist, or a Marxist. There’s a single litmus test that you can use to determine if he has a Socialist leaning. I, Albert, know this first hand as I’ve seen it time and time again, plus my liberal, socialist friends tell me the same.
If you look at the last sentence of the first paragraph of the above WSJ story (So, too, were the charges from some of the president’s earliest enthusiasts about his failure to reflect a powerful sense of urgency about the oil spill.) A good Socialist about the change of ideology of an entire nation will never do anything that does not promote his or her agenda. Obama’s handlers are first about destroying the financial backbone of this nation. This must be done before anything else can be accomplished. By NOT responding to the oil spill in a rapid manner, he assures that the devastation and cost of cleanup will be so immense that the American public will actually demand the take-over of all U.S. petroleum operations.
Only a Socialist/Communist/’Marxist or perhaps a Fascist would think like that my friend.
