There’s no doubt that there are people out there who really dislike our current president. The following image comes from a video on a website where the general opinion seems to be that America will suffer a violent civil war, a revolution if you will.

Back when I was a young kid listening to the Communists on Radio Moscow, I use to get the feeling that “Resistance is futile,” but then I grew up.

There’s a famous saying that I like: “I’d rather die on my feet than serve on my knees” (Emiliano Zapata).

Abraham Lincoln had a good one himself that Americans should have followed: “I insist that if there is anything which it is the duty of the whole people never to intrust to any hands but their own, that thing is the preservation and perpetuity of their own liberties and institutions.”

To those who are determined to subjugate and control society… AKA: the Elite, why even bother? Is all of this strife and hassle worth it? This may be a game to you, but I guarantee that when the owner of this particular domain returns, the game will abruptly end for YOU.

Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don’t believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before,
during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos’n Mate. Now I live in a “rest home” located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man. So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die
before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can’t figure out what country you are the president of.

You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies
despicable lies like:

” We’re no longer a Christian nation”
” America is arrogant” - (Your wife even
announced to the world,”America is mean-
spirited. ” Please tell her to try preaching
that nonsense to 23 generations of our
war dead buried all over the globe who
died for no other reason than to free a
whole lot of strangers from tyranny and
hopelessness.)

I’d say shame on the both of you, but I don’t think you like
America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you
do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be
without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man
sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said,” America hasn’t lived up to her ideals.” Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn’t mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don’t think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man. Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don’t, I’ll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don’t want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don’t mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don’t want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you’re the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you’re not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you’re thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president. You’re not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That’s not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now. And I sure as hell don’t want to think my president is
the enemy in this final battle.

“I wanted to give you all some disturbing information on our wonderful president. I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation which provides hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses. This past weekend we had our annual banquet / fundraiser event in Starkville

“As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube, a highly-decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn’t have much of a chance for survival to come. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg , NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function.

“Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE. Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us. Didn’t know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of news we all will receive next. You’re just starting to see the Obamanation. Your religion is on the list next. I don’t know about you, but this makes me furious.

What a rotten thing to do by the “commander-in-chief”. And I’m afraid we ain’t seen nothin’ yet.”

News of this was bound to eventually come to light. You cannot keep a ruse of this magnitude quiet forever, especially after 8+ years of planet cooling. Someone run across emails like this and they are bound to set the record straight. Now, the real question is, what will happen to the G-Climate issue now? Will they switch gears and stop this cap-and-tax stuff; will they switch sides, touting deadly images of another iceage come upon us? The men who hatched this lie on society should be held accountable. Will they be? I rather bloody doubt it.

G-Warming Promoter ‘Dismayed and Deeply Shaken’ by ClimateGate One of the world’s leading promoters of the anthropogenic global warming myth claimed Monday he is convinced the e-mail messages involved in the growing international scandal ClimateGate “are genuine,” and he’s “dismayed and deeply shaken by them.” So said George Monbiot, a writer and environmental activist many consider to be Great Britain’s Al Gore.

Personally, I do believe that global climate change is happening, but not for the reasons that the so called global warming scientists are touting. If there’s climate change, it’s a natural event, or perhaps it’s God’s response to the way mankind has largely ignored Him, especially on the governmental level.

Most American citizens simply do not want to know the truth concerning the political world we live in. They would rather shelter themselves from all the fallout, but they can’t. The “brave new world” that is coming will not allow anyone to do that. No one will be able to totally isolate and insulate themselves from the fallout that’s about to occur. If they think it’s bad to buck the powers that be now, wait until later when they really have the control they seek.

Now, the powers that be are working on a schedule, but they sadly have had to alter that schedule, and they do that far too often to suit their liking. The video you are about to see mentions 2008 as the deadline for the insertion in the human body of something called “the chip,” but we all know that this has not yet happened and it’s 2009. What gives here? Perhaps the prediction is wrong? Perhaps the entire video is wrong? Or perhaps the time table did not take place as they would have liked?

Please listen to the video that follows. I understand that you would rather not have to deal with any of this, and know that you’re not alone. But you need to face the hard reality that if you and I do not face it now, while we can do something about it, then once it comes to pass, the only way we’ll do anything is at the barrel of a gun–their gun.

As you will hear, once the “chip” is inserted in your body (I don’t want one) and it’s in place financially throughout the world, you will listen to what they tell you to do or they’ll turn it off. Yes, turn it off, and without it, you will not buy or sell. You will become their servant, otherwise you will not eat, pay your bills, make your money, etc.

All of this sound familiar? If you’re a Christian, it should…

No one wants to believe that any of this will happen in our time. We have Christians who should know better saying that “it won’t happen when I’m here.” We also have margin notes in our own Christian Bibles that refer to all of this in terms of events and leaders of the past, such as the New Catholic Translation that tries to equate the 666 number to Caesar Nero, due to the legend that he’ll one day return.

No one wants to believe that this is yet to happen! But it is destined to.

Okay, so let’s say you take this “mark of the beast” spoken of in Chapter 13 of Revelation. What will happen, other than you have to keep your mouth shut, do what you’re told, and act as as slave for all your Earthly years. Seems like an acceptable alternative, does it?

In Chapter 14 of St. John’s Revelation he tells us of three angels that come to Earth to tell mankind the news:

Let’s take a closer look at what the third angel said:

Where the third angel talks about worshiping the beast, he’s talking about obeying the beast. He’s not necessarily talking about bowing and humbling one’s self in a prayerful manner to the beast. He’s talking about obeying. The fact is, YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS MARK! The implication of doing so is far worse than what will happen if you don’t.

If you see no harm in taking it, or you think there’s no other way… FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE THINK ABOUT THE FINAL OUTCOME OF YOUR ACTIONS!

In Part II of this “mark of the beast story” I’ll explain how all of this equates to the real world where it comes to those who feel they must accept the mark.

19 Nov 09 — You may have read in the newspapers or seen on TV the 60 Minutes program where a technology known as “Ballistics Lead Analysis“ was featured. This technology is purported to determine if a particular bullet came from a particular box of ammunition. Apparently it has since been labeled junk science and may no longer be used in a court of law. This ruling was based on a court case from many years ago, which has developed into what is now known as a ”Daubert Challenge,“ which is where a defendant has the right to challenge an expert’s credibility at trial (see below).

Daubert decisions have thrown out many items in the field of fire investigation which were taken as matter of fact in courts of law but never scientifically proven. An example of this is the collapsed springs on a bed or alligator charred wood was a sign that an accelerant was used. Innocent people where put behind bars based on testimony which had no factual basis. And yet for years because a so-called arson expert said this is what happens, it became an excepted testimony until someone put up a Daubert Challenge.

In effect the statements being made in court by expert witnesses where asked, “Your testimony is ‘based on what?’.”

The Daubert Challenge came about in the federal court system over a series of three trials:

1. Daubert Vs. Merrel Dowell Pharmaceutical
2. General Electric Corp. Vs. Joiner
3. Kumho Tire Vs. Carmichael

These trials help to ask the question of credibility when it came to expert witness testimony as well as the methods they used to arrive at their conclusion(s). Modern Investigators, like myself, must base their investigations and testimony on the Scientific Method and not rumor, suggestion, or innuendo, but on provable science. This is why many so-called arson cases when reexamined fail to meet the standard.

Now there are those who claim that scientific examination can miss items and even be skewed to show favor one way or another. But this is not the case when a complete audit trail of how a test and the evidence used was completed. Yes, fingerprints and even DNA have been manufactured and used to throw out cases, but the science eventually catches up and proves or disproves what happened. Science everyday is slowly revealing what really happened in our past and Daubert Challenges are there in our court system to help make sure conclusions are valid.

As we enter into the Digital Age, more and more technology is coming into our court systems and we must insure that this technology is valid or we will be right back where we started several years ago to insure court trials are fair and a guilty verdict beyond a reasonable doubt.

When a verdict is announced

One such technology I see facing this challenge is the use of digital imaging and analytics, especially where and how images are handled and manipulated to show a suspect and their actions. The more the case relies on a single digital picture or clip as primary evidence in the effort to convict, the more you can bet that more Daubert Challenges will occur, and is only right if there is a doubt that an image has been illegally manipulated.

Analytics allow for a suspect to be identified even though they have a hood and complete body covering. In this regard identification is accomplished by the way they walk, act, etc. This process in and of itself is controlled by the manner in which a computer is programmed to interpret the information, and since all we’re talking about here is a stream of I’s and 0’s, an image can be manipulated. Another issues is the failure of electronic systems and how this can affect the outcome.

I see many upcoming challenges to the courts as criminals get wise and they work to beat the system where it comes to digital images. Twenty five years ago I saw just such a case when traffic speeding tickets were thrown out in Pa. when an electrical engineer was able to prove to a local court that a police officer sitting in an undercover car equipped with the VASCAR timing system that checks vehicular speed could accidentally be skewed when the cars magnetic revolving red light, which has a strong magnet to hold it on the roof, is placed next to the VASCAR system.

The officer unknowingly caused the system not to work properly. This is why we must be certain when using technology that we get the right results and why Daubert is there to do so. So thank you Mr. Daubert and all those who where involved in the three cases that helped keep our justice system fair and balanced.

Senator Bayh,

As a practicing physician I have major concerns with the health care bill before Congress. I actually have read the bill and am shocked by the brazenness of the government’s proposed involvement in the patient-physician relationship. The very idea that the government will dictate and ration patient care is dangerous and certainly not helpful in designing a health care system that works for all. Every physician I work with agrees that we need to fix our health care system, but the proposed bills currently making their way through congress will be a disaster if passed.

I ask you respectfully and as a patriotic American to look at the following troubling lines that I have read in the bill. You cannot possibly believe that these proposals are in the best interests of the country and our fellow citizens.

Page 22 of the HC Bill: Mandates that the Govt will audit books of all employers that self-insure!!

Page 30 Sec 123 of HC bill: THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get.

Page 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill: YOUR HEALTH CARE IS RATIONED!!!

Page 42 of HC Bill: The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC benefits for you. You have no choice!

Page 50 Section 152 in HC bill: HC will be provided to ALL non-US citizens, illegal or otherwise.

Page 58 HC Bill: Govt will have real-time access to individuals’ finances & a ‘National ID Health card’ will be issued!

Page 59 HC Bill lines 21-24: Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for elective funds transfer.

Page 65 Sec 164: Is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families in unions & community organizations: (ACORN).

Page 84 Sec 203 HC bill: Govt mandates ALL benefit packages for private HC plans in the ‘Exchange.’

Page 85 Line 7 HC Bill: Specifications of Benefit Levels for Plans — The Govt will ration your health care!

Page 91 Lines 4-7 HC Bill: Govt mandates linguistic appropriate services. (Translation: illegal aliens.)

Page 95 HC Bill Lines 8-18: The Govt will use groups (i.e. ACORN & Americorps to sign up individuals for Govt HC plan.

Page 85 Line 7 HC Bill: Specifications of Benefit Levels for Plans. (AARP members - your health care WILL be rationed!)
Page 102 Lines 12-18 HC Bill: Medicaid eligible individuals will be automatically enrolled in Medicaid. (No choice.)

Page 12 4 lines 24-25 HC: No company can sue GOVT on price fixing. No “judicial review” against Govt monopoly.

Page 145 Line 15-17: An Employer MUST auto-enroll employees into public option plan. (NO choice!)

Page 126 Lines 22-25: Employers MUST pay for HC for part-time employees AND their families. (Employees shouldn’t get excited about this as employers will be forced to reduce its work force, benefits, and wages/salaries to cover such a huge expense..)

Page 149 Lines 16-24: ANY Employer with payroll 401k & above who does not provide public option will pay 8% tax on all payroll! (See the last comment in parenthesis.)
Page 150 Lines 9-13: A business with payroll between $251K & $401K who doesn’t provide public option will pay 2-6% tax on all payroll.

Page 167 Lines 18-23: ANY individual who doesn’t have acceptable HC according to Govt will be taxed 2.5% of income.

Page 170 Lines 1-3 HC Bill: Any NONRESIDENT Alien is exempt from individual taxes. (Americans will pay.)

Page 195 HC Bill: Officers & employees of the GOVT HC Admin.. will have access to ALL Americans’ finances and personal records.

Page 203 Line 14-15 HC: “The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax.” (Yes, it really says that!)
Page 239 Line 14-24 HC Bill: Govt will reduce physician services for Medicaid Seniors.. (Low-income and the poor are affected.)

Page 241 Line 6-8 HC Bill: Doctors: It doesn’t matter what specialty you have trained yourself in — you will all be paid the same! (Just TRY to tell me that’s not Socialism!)

Page 253 Line 10-18: The Govt sets the value of a doctor’s time, profession, judgment, etc. (Literally– the value of humans.)

Page 265 Sec 1131: The Govt mandates and controls productivity for “private” HC industries.

Page 268 Sec 1141: The federal Govt regulates the rental and purchase of power driven wheelchairs.

Page 272 SEC. 1145: TREATMENT OF CERTAIN CANCER HOSPITALS - Cancer patients - welcome to rationing!

Page 280 Sec 1151: The Govt will penalize hospitals for whatever the Govt deems preventable (i.e…re-admissions).

Page 298 Lines 9-11: Doctors: If you treat a patient during initial admission that results in a re-admission — the Govt will penalize you.

Page 317 L 13-20: PROHIBITION on ownership/investment. (The Govt tells doctors what and how much they can own!)

Page 317-318 lines 21-25, 1-3: PROHIBITION on expansion. (The Govt is mandating that hospitals cannot expand.)
Page 321 2-13: Hospitals have the opportunity to apply for exception BUT community input is required. (Can you say ACORN?)

Page 335 L 16-25 Pg 336-339: The Govt mandates establishment of=2 outcome-based measures. (HC the way they want — rationing.)
Page 341 Lines 3-9: The Govt has authority to disqualify Medicare Advance Plans, HMOs, etc. (Forcing people into the Govt plan)

Page 354 Sec 1177: The Govt will RESTRICT enrollment of ’special needs people!’ Unbelievable!

Page 379 Sec 1191: The Govt creates more bureaucracy via a “Tele-Health Advisory Committee.” (Can you say HC by phone?)

Page 425 Lines 4-12: The Govt mandates “Advance-Care Planning Consult.” (Think senior citizens end-of-life patients.)

Page 425 Lines 17-19: The Govt will instruct and consult regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney, etc. (And it’s mandatory!)
Page 425 Lines 22-25, 426 Lines 1-3: The Govt provides an “approved” list of end-of-life resources; & nbsp;guiding you in death. (Also called ‘assisted suicide.’)

Page 427 Lines 15-24: The Govt mandates a program for orders on “end-of-life.” (The Govt has a say in how your life ends!)

Page 429 Lines 1-9: An “advanced-care planning consultant” will be used frequently as a patient’s health deteriorates.

Page 429 Lines 10-12: An “advanced care consultation” may include an ORDER for end-of-life plans. (AN ORDER TO DIE FROM THE GOVERNMENT?!?)

Page 429 Lines 13-25: The GOVT will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order. (I wouldn’t want to stand before God after getting paid for THAT job!)

Page 430 Lines 11-15: The Govt will decide what level of treatment you will have at end-of-life! (Again — no choice!)

Page 469: Community-Based Home Medical Services = Non-Profit Organizations. (Hello? ACORN Medical Services here!?!)

Page 489 Sec 1308: The Govt will cover marriage and family therapy. (Which means Govt will insert itself into your marriage even.)

Page 494-498: Govt will cover Mental Health Services including defining, creating, and rationing those services.

Senator, I guarantee that I personally will do everything possible to inform patients and my fellow physicians about the dangers of the proposed bills you and your colleagues are debating.

Furthermore, if you vote for a bill that enforces socialized medicine on the country and destroys the doctor-patient relationship, I will do everything in my power to make sure you lose your job in the next election.

15 Nov 09 — I believe that in the end, justice is always served. The problem for many of us, however, is that Justice often takes its time to do its thing, and that’s where so many of us get into trouble. In our haste to see justice served, people often take justice in their own hands by doing their thing in order to equal the score, instead of waiting for Justice to do it for them.

My advice is to let Justice work its own magic. Don’t take justice into your own hands for it will often mean an even more unequal score. Who knows, perhaps what you view as injustice was done to you by Justice in order to equal someone else’s score. In this case, by you taking action on your own to equalize the score, you’ll actually cause yourself more grief.

Let Justice do it’s own thing and you worry about doing yours.
